Main Gallery and Gallery 3: through July 31, view original artwork by local artists in the Pierre/Ft. Pierre community as part of the Short Grass Arts Council's 27th Annual Community Art Show

Gallery 1 (Riverview): art installation by Hannah Houdyshell will be on display through August 31, 2026. Immerse yourself in the beautiful botanical creations.

Gallery 2: perhaps the largest exhibit of antique pottery in South Dakota can now be viewed at Waterfront Gallery. Collection of approximately 300 pieces of Roseville Pottery with dozens of others from manufacturers like Weller, McCoy, Van Briggle and more. Items will be for sale and auction in 2027.

Gallery 4: rescued from the landfill, Waterfront Gallery is now home to the most comprehensive collection of South Dakota newspapers dating all the way back to1880. This includes The Dakota Times, Stanley County Homesteads, Ft. Pierre Times, and many more. Viewing by appointment only.
